The
Dependability of God
Memory
Verse: Numbers 23:19 (NKJV) “God is not a man, that He should
lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

To
be reliable means that one can be trusted; one is
predictable or dependable.

My
God is a miracle God!
My God is a miracle God!
He has never failed, He will never fail
He will do what He says He will do
He will do what He promised to do ☺
I can see Him working in my favor
I can see Him fighting my battles
I can see Him bringing in my miracles
He will do what He says He will do/2x
My God is a miracle God!
He has never failed, He will never fail
He will do what He says He will do
He will do what He promised to do ☺
I can see Him working in my favor
I can see Him fighting my battles
I can see Him bringing in my miracles
He will do what He says He will do/2x
Truth is the interrelated
consistency of statements and their correspondence with the facts of reality
and the facts themselves. It suggests an integration of character, and
adherence of virtue, a kind of reliability, which includes and goes beyond the
literal meaning to include those aspects of personal behavior which seem to be
implied by the love of truth. The concept of truth is derived from the
character of God, and
is the exact opposite of the concept of lying. "It is impossible for God to lie."-- Kelly L. Segraves
Since it is impossible for God to lie we know that everything He says
about what will happen will actually take place. If we are to become perfect we
need to be known as individuals who tell the truth, like God. That means when
we promise something we need to keep that promise or not make it in the first
place. We need to try to place ourselves in situations where we don't feel the
need to lie to defend either ourselves or our behavior.-- Kelly L.
Segraves
2. God is Unchanging.

“There is no fickleness in God”.--
J.C. Wenger
"Immutability is a pre-eminent mode of the Essence of God by which
it is void of all change…”-- Jacob Arminius
“First, because of His Pure
Actuality: God has no potential to be anything other than what He is. Change can
only come from potential to be something other than what He is. Second, because of
His simplicity: everything that changes is composed of what changes and what
does not change. Since God has no parts He cannot change. Third, because of His
perfection: whatever acquires something new, changes. God is perfect by nature
and cannot acquire anything new.”-- Harold C. Felder
