ASKING GOD WHY?

Memory Verse: Psalm 10:1 (NKJV) — 1 Why do You stand afar off, O Lord? Why do You hide in times of trouble?

Text: Habakkuk 1:1-11

1.      THE CONCERNS:

First, God, when will you answer my prayer?   
 
Habakkuk 1:2; Psalm 10:1
 

Second, God, what are you doing about Lawlessness and injustice? 
 
Habakkuk 1:3–4


 
Third, God, Your answer to my prayer doesn’t make sense at all.
 
Habakkuk 1:5-7, 11



 






2.    The Consolation:

First, We must realize that our perception of things is partial. 
1 Corinthians 13:12

 
Second, we must Respect God’s sovereignty.
 
1 Chronicles 29:11–12; Job 42:2; Psalm 115:3

Third, We must recognize that we have a very big God.
