AGAPE CROSSOVER/NEW YEAR PRAYER OF DECEMBER 31, 2014

AGAPE CROSSOVER/NEW YEAR PRAYER OF DECEMBER 31, 2014
2015 Theme: The Year of Open Doors
2015 Theme Bible Verse: Revelation 3:7-8;‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”: 8 “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name”.
Theme Song for 2015: “God Will Make a Way”

First, Let us confess our sins.
2 Chronicles 6:26–27 (ESV) — 26 “When heaven is shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against you, if they pray toward this place and acknowledge your name and turn from their sin, when you afflict them, 27 then hear in heaven and forgive the sin of your servants, your people Israel, when you teach them the good way in which they should walk, and grant rain upon your land, which you have given to your people as an inheritance.

Second, let us thank God for his blessings this past year.
Psalm 118:1 (ESV) — 1 Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever!

Third, Let us decree the removal of all obstacles on our ways in 2015.
Isaiah 57:14 (NIV) — 14 And it will be said: “Build up, build up, prepare the road! Remove the obstacles out of the way of my people.”

Fourth, as the year 2015 is declared the year of Open Doors, let us pray for God to open doors of blessings to us and help us close every door that is not of God. The Bible says: 1 Corinthians 16:9 (ESV) — 9 for a wide door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.
Theme for 2015 is: My Year of Open Doors
Theme Verse: Revelation 3:7-8;7‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”: 8 “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name”.

Fifth, let us make some prophetic declarations for the New Year.
·        Know that God goes ahead of you this year. He will pilot you through this year in Jesus name.
Deuteronomy 31:3 (NKJV) — 3 The Lord your God Himself crosses over before you; He will destroy these nations from before you, and you shall dispossess them. Joshua himself crosses over before you, just as the Lord has said.
Deuteronomy 31:8 (NKJV) — 8 And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”
·        God will dispossess your enemies and give you victory.
Deuteronomy 9:1–3 (NKJV) — 1 “Hear, O Israel: You are to cross over the Jordan today, and go in to dispossess nations greater and mightier than yourself, cities great and fortified up to heaven, 2 a people great and tall, the descendants of the Anakim, whom you know, and of whom you heard it said, ‘Who can stand before the descendants of Anak?’ 3 Therefore understand today that the Lord your God is He who goes over before you as a consuming fire. He will destroy them and bring them down before you; so you shall drive them out and destroy them quickly, as the Lord has said to you.
·        Jehovah Shammah, The Lord who is There will be with you every step of the way this year in Jesus name.
Ezekiel 48:35 (NLT) — 35 “The distance around the entire city will be 6 miles. And from that day the name of the city will be ‘The Lord Is There.’”
Ezekiel 48:35 (NKJV) — 35 All the way around shall be eighteen thousand cubits; and the name of the city from that day shall be: THE LORD IS THERE.

·        Be strong and courageous as you go this year.
Deuteronomy 31:6 (NKJV) — 6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

·        God will shine light to your pathways in the New Year in Jesus name.
Zechariah 14:7 (NKJV) — 7 It shall be one day Which is known to the Lord Neither day nor night. But at evening time it shall happen That it will be light.
