WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR LIFE?

WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR LIFE?

Memory Verse: Matthew 6:21 (NKJV) For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Read Matthew 25:14-30

Introduction: 1 Corinthians 4:2; Romans 14:12

Principles for Godly Investment:

1.    The Principle of Stewardship. Verse 14.
Mat 25:14; 1 Cor 4:2 NIV

“We have nothing to do with how much ability we've got, or how little, but with what we do with what we have. The man with great talent is apt to be puffed up, and the man with little (talent) to belittle the little. Poor fools! God gives it, much or little. Our part is to be faithful, doing the level best with every bit and scrap. And we will be if Jesus' spirit controls.”-- S.D. Gordon

2.    The Principle of Ability. 15.
Mat 25:15; 1 Cor 10:13

3.    The Principle of Investing. 16-17.
Mat 25:16-17

4.    The Principle of Wisdom—Use it or Lose It. 18, 24-28.
Mat 25:18, 24-28; 2 Cor 9:6; Gal 6:7; Mat 25:24; Prov 14:30; Prov 27:4; Prov 13:4; Prov 20:4; Heb 11:6; Hag 1:9

5. The Principle of Reward 19-23
Mat 25:19-23

First, the master commended their work.

Second, the master congratulated them.

Third, the master commented

Fourth, the master compensated them.

Conclusion: Rom 14:12; John 3:16
